The Meetings Show, proudly presented by Northstar Meetings Group, is free to attend for buyers within the meetings and event industry

Registration is officially open, so we'd love you to #TakeTheTime to join us.

Please note: All registrations are vetted and may take up to 5 working days to be reviewed. If you register as a buyer onsite, it may take up to 1 hour for your registration to be vetted, so we recommend registering in advance.

BUYER

Open to all meetings, incentives and event organisers. As a buyer attendee, you will be able to:

Please note: The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on who it determines as a buyer or a non-buyer.

NON-BUYER VISITOR

If you do not directly organise meetings or events, then you will need to purchase a pass to attend the show.

Rates:

  • £599 + VAT pp - Early bird rate, available to purchase from 19 February until 31 March

  • £750 + VAT pp - between 1 April and 18 June

  • £899 + VAT pp - during the show registration fee (19-20 June)

Open to UK and European decision-makers responsible for organising meetings and events.

All applications will be reviewed according to: the size and frequency of your events, your level of purchasing/decision making authority, and the geographic locations of your events.

You'll be able to enjoy all the benefits of a buyer attendee, plus: a dedicated appointment diary, travel and accommodation, exclusive networking events, UK and European fam trips, and more.

So, in partnership with Event First Steps, we've created a dedicated programme at this year's show, for students and individuals looking to get into our wonderful industry.

If you are a member of the press and would like to attend The Meetings Show, please complete this short form and provide us with details of your publication/s.

REGISTER

If you are an exhibitor, you will need to register via your e-zone, which will open shortly. It's really important you do this - if you do not register as an exhibitor, you will not receive your exhibitor badge, which you need to gain access to the show.

If you are a speaker at this year's show, our Conference Producer will send you your registration form to complete.
